Summary:
The Contracts Management Analyst is responsible for managing the company’s contracts. This includes drafting, negotiating, and monitoring contracts. The Contracts Management Analyst must have a strong understanding of contract law and be able to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Draft contracts: Draft contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Negotiate contracts: Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors and customers.
- Monitor contracts: Monitor the status of contracts and ensure that they are compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Manage contract data: Maintain a database of contracts and contract data.
- Provide contract administration support: Provide support to other departments with contract-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in contracts management.
- Strong understanding of contract law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with contract management software.
