We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI Artist to join our creative team at Indusland Logistics. As a leader in the logistics industry, we are constantly pushing boundaries and looking for innovative ways to improve our customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the product and design team to create visually stunning and user-friendly designs for our web and mobile applications, as well as marketing materials
– Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders and developers
– Create and maintain a consistent and cohesive design language across all platforms, keeping in mind the company’s brand guidelines
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in user interface design and implement them strategically
– Lead and mentor a team of junior UI artists, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the highest quality of work
– Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience
– Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet design specifications
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the tech or logistics industry
– Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, etc.
– Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and industry best practices
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI design work
– Experience with animation and motion graphics is a plus
– Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
