Summary:
The QA/QC Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) process for the company. They work closely with other members of the QA/QC team to ensure that the company’s products and services meet the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and standards
- Monitor and track QA/QC data and results
- Conduct audits and inspections of the company’s products and services
- Identify and resolve QA/QC issues
- Train employees on QA/QC procedures
- Represent the company to customers and suppliers on QA/QC matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance, engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in QA/QC
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with a quality management software is a plus
