Responsibilities:
– Prepare and maintain financial records for multiple locations and services within the company
– Manage payments and collections from clients, vendors, and suppliers
– Conduct regular review of accounts to identify any discrepancies and resolve them in a timely manner
– Oversee budgeting and forecasting for operational expenses
– Prepare financial reports and analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data
– Monitor and track inventory levels and costs
– Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Assist with the development and implementation of new accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
– Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment
– Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
– Attention to detail and accuracy
