Summary:
The Insurance Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the insurance sales team. They develop and implement sales strategies, train and motivate sales representatives, and track and report on sales performance. The Insurance Sales Manager also works with clients to understand their insurance needs and develop customized solutions.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in insurance sales
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with a CRM system is a plus
