Position Overview:
As the E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our e-commerce business. You will be responsible for managing the marketing strategy and execution of all e-commerce platforms, including the company website, marketplaces, and social media channels. This is a dynamic role that requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of e-commerce marketing and a passion for driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for all e-commerce platforms to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance overall brand awareness
– Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is up to date, user-friendly, and visually appealing
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to increase customer engagement and retention
– Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations to improve performance
– Manage the company’s social media channels, creating engaging content and coordinating with influencers to increase brand awareness and drive sales
– Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company’s e-commerce marketing strategy
– Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Continuously analyze and optimize the user journey and customer experience to improve conversion rates
– Collaborate with external partners, such as web developers and digital marketing agencies, to support e-commerce initiatives
– Monitor and track the company’s online reviews and ratings, responding to customer feedback and taking appropriate action when necessary
– Stay up to date with regulatory and compliance requirements related to e-commerce marketing and ensure all campaigns and initiatives are compliant.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
– 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably in a B2B setting
– Experience managing e-commerce platforms, including websites and marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay
– Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing
– Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and trends
– Experience with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong project management and organizational skills
