Summary:

The Cloud Customer Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to customers who are using our cloud computing services. This includes troubleshooting problems, resolving incidents, and providing training on our cloud products and services. The Cloud Customer Service Engineer must have a strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and be able to effectively communicate with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with cloud computing services
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests
  • Escalate customer issues to engineering teams as needed
  • Provide training on cloud computing products and services to customers
  • Stay up-to-date on cloud computing technologies and trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in cloud computing
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, both technical and non-technical
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
