Role Overview:
As the Sales Manager at Indusland Logistics, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage all sales operations for the company. You will be tasked with developing and implementing strategic sales plans that align with the company’s objectives, while also ensuring timely and effective execution. You will lead a team of sales executives and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
– Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed their individual and team targets.
– Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue and expenses.
– Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
– Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to support sales efforts.
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
– Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
– Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide timely reports to senior management.
– Stay up-to-date with industry developments and participate in industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
– Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
– Strong leadership and team management abilities.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
– Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations is a plus.
