Job Overview:
As the Retail On-boarding Lead, you will be responsible for successfully on-boarding and managing retail clients onto our logistics platform. This is a critical role that will ensure a seamless and positive experience for our retail partners. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to understand the unique requirements and objectives of each retail client and develop strategies to onboard them onto our platform. Your goal will be to establish long-lasting partnerships with retail clients and help them grow their business through our services.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute on-boarding strategies and plans for new retail clients
– Collaborate with the sales team to understand the needs and goals of each retail client
– Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth and efficient on-boarding process
– Act as the point of contact for retail clients during the on-boarding process and beyond
– Conduct presentations and training sessions for retail clients on using our platform
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail clients to foster long-term partnerships
– Gather feedback from retail clients and provide recommendations for improvement
– Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new on-boarding opportunities
– Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful on-boarding of retail clients
– Monitor and track progress of on-boarding initiatives and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
– At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics industry
– Proven track record of successfully on-boarding and managing retail clients
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with logistics software and CRM systems
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
