Summary:
The Telecommunications Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing telecommunications systems and networks. They work with a variety of telecommunications technologies, including voice, data, and video. The Telecommunications Analyst must have a strong understanding of telecommunications principles and procedures, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze telecommunications systems and networks to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement telecommunications solutions to improve performance and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve telecommunications problems
- Test and certify telecommunications systems and networks
- Document telecommunications work activities
- Stay up-to-date on the latest telecommunications technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications technology or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in telecommunications
- Strong understanding of telecommunications principles and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with a telecommunications software is a plus
