Summary:

The Online Customer Specialist is responsible for providing customer service to customers who contact the company through the company’s website or social media channels. This includes answering questions, resolving problems, and providing support. The Online Customer Specialist must be able to communicate effectively in writing and have a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
